What we use, and why

When you open the site, the server and Cloudflare process technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and the language reported by the device. This delivers the pages and protects the site from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

If you ask for a quote, you use your own mail app and the message arrives at anselmotechsrl@gmail.com, a Gmail mailbox. We use the email address and the text you write in order to reply, before any contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). Google runs the mailbox for us.

The phone buttons start a call on your device. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp: from there the conversation is between you and Meta, and it does not pass through this site.

We do not use the data to profile you, for advertising, or for automated decisions.

Cookies

This site does not set profiling, analytics or marketing cookies. It does not store the language in a cookie: each visit reads the language of the browser.

A normal visit sets no cookie. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a technical security cookie only when it needs to tell a person from automated traffic. When that happens, the cookie is strictly necessary and does not require consent (article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code).

There is no accept-or-reject banner, because there is no optional cookie.

How long, and where

Quote messages are kept long enough to reply and, if the work goes ahead, for as long as the law requires. Technical logs are kept for as long as security needs, according to the server and Cloudflare.

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where it applies, portability. Write to anselmotechsrl@gmail.com or to the certified email anselmotechsrl@pec.it.

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante): www.garanteprivacy.it.

Browsing does not require any other data from you. Without an email we cannot reply to a quote request.
